Home and Family

The Little House books are all about HOME and FAMILY. No matter where they lived or how little they had, the Ingalls family made the best of it--together. They found the blessing in everyday life despite difficult times. As you may recall, Ma often said, “All is well that ends well.”

  1. I am from Thailand. I read the translated version of Little House in The Big Wood since I was about 6 years old and fell in love with this family. The translated version ended at her golden year..
I found the English version in a library when I was about 22 years old and after there were internet in the world I order the whole set from Amazon, sure, including the cook book.
I have learn a lot from Laura's books, understood the hunters, got good attitude with American's way of life, respect the Red Indian pride, believe in DIY.. etc
This is the best and wonderful series.
